All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting iTEKcanada.com Customer Service
Please obtain approval before returning anything. Failure to do so will void any warranty you may have.The RMA must be postmarked within 10 business days from the date of issue for it to be valid.
RMAs received after the 10 days of issuance, not including time in transit,may be refused or at least assessed a penalty not greater than 15% of the return.
