Delivery Date

When you place an order online on our website, the expected delivery date is specified on your purchase order you received via email. You can also access your purchase orders from your account. Normally, when the order is made before 15h EST, delivery time is 1 business days. When the order is made after 15h EST, the delivery time is 2 business days.

Delivery Fees

When you place an order online on our website, delivery charges are payable if:

 

  • your order contains one or more items ineligible for free shipping,
  • or total amount of your order is less than the minimum amount required fro free shipping which is 59$.

To determine if an item is eligible for free shipping, visit the page of the item. When the item is eligible, you will find a note indicating that this item is eligible for free shipping.

Free delivery

When you place an order online on our website, there are no shipping charges when:

 

  • your order contains only items eligible for free shipping, or
  • the total amount of the order exceeds the minimum amount required for free shipping which is 59$.

To determine if an item is eligible for free shipping, visit the page of the item. When the item is eligible, you will find a note indicating that this item is eligible for free shipping under 59$.


Free shipping order will be delivered within
(Canada: 7-10 business days / Quebec: 2-4 business days)
after all of your items are available to ship (including pre-order items).

Return and Replacement Procedure

Any products to be authorized by us for return must be processed within 30 days from the date of the purchase. We may at our discretion extend the 30 day policy for ink items. You as a customer are solely responsible for shipping charges or any returned products to iTEKcanada.com unless we agree to pay the charges.

Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment if necessary.

This fee may be reimbursable.

Customer agrees to pay all shipping charges and accepts all risk of loss for the return products during shipment unless other shipping arrangements have been agreed upon.

Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable new condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer when possible and where applicable.

RETURN ADDRESS AND OTHER INFORMATION

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting iTEKcanada.com Customer Service

Please obtain approval before returning anything. Failure to do so will void any warranty you may have.

The RMA must be postmarked within 7 business days from the date of issue for it to be valid.

RMAs received after the 7 day of issuance, not including time in transit,may be refused or at least assessed a penalty not greater than 15% of the return.

Our goal is to make you happy with your purchase but sometimes you need to return it.

We will do our best to make this as simple and straight forward as possible. Our goal is to process your return request promptly and professionally.

Just as how you were treated when you made the original purchase.
